Profile

Helping individuals to identify the cause of their relationship difficulties and challenges and work on becoming the best version of themselves. Guiding people towards greater self awareness and self love that transcends into their relationships, helping them to be respectful and empathetic towards themselves and their significant other. Working on communication skills and cultural differences. Working on practical solutions so that people may achieve their relationship, dating and life’s goals., pursue their dreams and find lasting peace and fulfilment.
Compassionate, gentle and understanding. Authentic, honest and open.
Working with grief and loss. Most clients come to therapy when they experience an innate sense of loss such as loss of control, loss of confidence and loss of self-esteem. I am good at assisting clients to find their sense of balance and confidence as well as support them to better manage their immediate needs and long-term aspirations.
Working with transition is something I enjoy. Over the years, I have worked extensively with clients undergoing all kinds of transitions, For example, those transitioning from single life to partnership or vice versa; those transitioning from fulltime employment into unemployed or retirement; and those transition from good health to illness (including terminal illness). Life is about constant change, and this means that we are in a constant state of transition Understanding and accepting transition helps us better deal with challenges that may come with it. While transitions can be difficult, there are also potential possibilities and advantages that may be discovered along the way.
Manage your expectations, be authentic and remember, there is no perfect person or a perfect partner. It is how we manage and think about our relationships that can make our partners seem β€˜perfect’ to us.

1. Cooking (it’s one of my life’s passions), creating a satisfying meal for my family and friends gives me immense happiness.
2. I enjoy long walks in nature, reading a good book and catching up with friends
3. I try and give back to the community by driving retired seniors to church on Sunday.
