Profile

To willingly enter into, as fully as possible, the subjective experience of my clients and where they are right now in their lives. I help clients to articulate emotions, needs and beliefs. Then we can begin to work on building trust, securing safe attachments and increasing the ability for clients to give and receive love.

As a Gestalt counsellor and psychotherapist I am called upon to respond to a vast range of human experiences. This requires of me an openness, flexibility and presence. I work in a creative and flexible manner. I focus on helping individuals, couples, families and groups identify unconscious internal conflicts within themselves and in their relationships. Once these conflicts are made conscious. I offer a friendly and supportive environment to my clients, and am willing to really give of my self to the encounter.

Being very present to my clients and their process. This allows them to recognise familiar patterns of behaviour that’s emerge.

My life has been a process of self-inquiry into the ever present β€œNow” where β€˜I am good enough’. I do believe that everything in life is always in relationship: nothing exists that is not defined by, and that does not gain its meaning through a relationship to something else. My journey so far has brought me to the US, where I studied Anthropology; Singapore, where I studied Counselling and finally to Melbourne, where I completed my Masters in Counselling. As I am originally from Switzerland I speak fluent English, French and German.
