Helping men manage their relationship with healthy perspectives, the right knowledge and emotional awareness. I discovered over the years that when men are better able to communicate their needs & feelings in relationships they feel empowered and less angry. The result is less shame and more kindness towards themselves and their partners.
Genuine, engaging, straightforward and compassionate.
Getting my clients to see their situation through more enlightening and empowering perspectives; training couples and singles how to express vulnerability – i.e. feelings, needs and wants – in a constructive and authentic way; offering practical and down to earth advice.
Over the years I have participated in and run men’s groups and I value what men offer each other. I love to discuss with men the archetypes of King, Warrior, Lover and Magician, and how this innate potential in each man can help him be at his best in relationships.
Make your relationship as your laboratory for personal growth. No guru and no ashram will teach you about yourself like your relationship. As you begin to feel confronted in your relationship do not get defensive. Instead, open up and do the wise thing: get support for yourself to learn and grow, in the here and now.
A pretty active life style: swim, bushwalk, ski, israeli dancing and enjoy the arts. I am also involved in community projects and love the opportunities to help make a better world.
