Working with men and helping them to discover lightbulb moments! I love helping clients find language and images that make sense of their past, give meaning to their present and reveal new hopes for their future.
My personal philosophy is simple: Walking with you to get the most out of life and become a better you.
Helping men find their voice, values and vision, especially exploring solutions for challenges in life, be they relationships, personal or work related. My no-nonsense and insightful empathy enables questions and comments that empower and equip, connecting with those who want to learn, grow and change – whatever their reasons or motivations.
I know first-hand how difficult life can be – this gives me depth and insight to draw from. I’ve recovered from many setbacks and overcome heartache, headaches and hurdles in life to have a wealth of experience – personally and professionally to draw on – I’m a realist and a romantic.
Dating can be a lot of fun, facing the unknown with a sense of adventure. It can also be daunting and downright bizarre. Having been through a divorce and done the post-marriage dating thing, I know all too well the importance of re-evaluating, re-defining and re-shaping personal values, priorities and goals. Timing can be everything!
I love time with my family – seeing our teens becoming young adults and embrace life is immensely satisfying. Having done the hard yards of single-parenting for over a decade I now enjoy the loves, joys and challenges of a healthy relationship and blended family. I love my basketball, get out for golf when I can and I’m always up for coffee.
